All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the registered parent or legal guardian.

 

Cancellations received more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled start date of camp may be eligible for a refund, less a non-refundable $20 administrative cancellation fee.

 

Cancellations received fourteen (14) days or fewer prior to the scheduled start date of camp are non-refundable, for any reason.

 

Injury-related cancellations or withdrawals will be reviewed at the sole discretion of Stings Sports Summer Camp on a case-by-case basis. Submission of medical documentation may be required. Approval of an exception does not guarantee a refund.

 

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed days, partial attendance, late arrivals, early departures, illness, disciplinary removal, or participant no-shows.

 

All approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable processing period.

To secure your spot on the Stings roster, you must complete your deposit payment. Deposits are non refundable. Once on the team, payments will be collected through the season in coordination with the preseason email sent when being offered a roster spot.
